The Epson ET8550 is the latest multi-function A3 printer from Epson to feature its ink tank technology. On these models, the ink is not sold in cartridges, but in 6 x 70ml bottles for approximately €18.00 each. A full set should print around 2300 6"x4" (10x15cm) Photographs. The printer ships with enough ink for approximately 1800 6"x4" (10x15cm) photographs and prints beautiful, long-lasting images on media up to a thickness of 1.3mm / 800gsm. It features a straight-through print path and a standard rear feeder so a wide variety of media can be printed on, up to a maximum length of 200cm. It has Ethernet, USB and wireless connectivity and an A4 scanner and a large 10.9cm screen. Packed with advanced features such as a motorised print drawer, CD printing option, photocopy function and 6 inks, the printer is aimed squarely at the home and hobbyist user looking for that one printer that fits all needs. Print photographs, fine art prints, decoupage, invoices, school work etc on multiple media. The choice is yours and this printer is the answer.

An A4 version (in white) is also available and is called the Epson ET-8500.
