Ilford Galerie Fine Art Glassine Archival Interleaving paper is the perfect choice for imaging professionals who wish to protect their images during transportation and storage. It is a perfectly smooth paper with a low coefficient of friction which stops picture rubbing and has a translucent surface which is impermeable to air, grease and water. It has a neutral pH which makes it acid free and is considered the perfect material for the long term storage of inkjet prints, original art pieces and such like. However, it should not be used for the long term storage of gelatin prints as it can bond with the surface and potentially damage the image.
